Organizational Leadership

A five-course, one-year program that helps emerging and current leaders strengthen communication, manage change, develop teams and make ethical decisions that support organizational success. All certificate courses apply toward the master's degree in organizational leadership, which can be completed in a second year.

Cost of Tuition

Each course in the Non-Profit Leadership Certificate Program costs $875 per credit hour, or $3,500 per course, for a total program cost of $17,500. Muhlenberg offers scholarships and employer partnerships that may provide tuition discounts.

Admissions Requirements

Prospective students must have completed an undergraduate degree at an accredited institution. Students admitted to a graduate certificate will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
Two years of work experience or, if a senior or recent graduate, professional work experiences through internships, summer work, externships, and projects may be sufficient
